In my time in the digital product space, I’ve watched data initiatives repeatedly fail to deliver on their promises. Not because the technology wasn’t there, but because the bridge between data collection and meaningful product decisions was missing.
After years of seeing the same patterns—both as an engineer and later as a product and growth leader—I’ve identified the critical gaps that prevent companies from turning data investments into actual growth.
